Call DMV for title transfer and vehicle plate info. Emissions test already passed was $20. Title $18. Plate $20. Some goofy tax which is 6.75 % of vehicles value $308. Talking to a cranky DMV employee who ends the call by saying rudely and strangely accusingly: you have a speech impediment and your voice is hurting my ears...priceless. Guess she dont speak Yankee. Wow. So looking forward to going in and meeting her in person at DMV...not!
