Came Home From the Beach About 2 And a half hours ago or so.Had A real Great Time When The Weather Cooled Down. We Played Some foot Ball In the water For about an hour. Talk about a work out. Try running and shoving in the water for about an hour . { Then tell me how, you. feel after words?..} I feel great And now I am a Super Hero to my Daughters. When They saw Their old man running With their 21 and up uncles and friends . And doing just a little more than them . Only i was able to have a water proof camera. The look on my Daughters Faces Then the words that muttered out their mouths. I have to Confess . Yes I cried.The Joy That filled my Heart, I was Over welmed . So I went Back Out and pushed a little Harder x2 Just for my Girls.Now the after Party is just about over My Wife Going to sleep the Girls in their Bed . And I am Going to Sign Off And Join My Wife .
