This is PUBLIC PROPERTY and this man has every right under the Constitution of the United States to speak or sing on this property. By the way, the Constitution says --- Any City or local ordinance that contradicts the Constitution is hereby null and void. Secondly...Id like to address your BOMB UNDER THE COAT statement. He is obviously NOT A MUSLIM ...so..NO DANGER OF BOMB UNDER COAT. Now, had he been DRESSED in MUSLIM GARB, and potentially having a BOMB UNDER ROBE, that COP and the others would have DONE NOTHING....He would be FREE to wander about the subway...maybe chanting or screaming ALLAH IKBAR !!! ...because to STOP HIM and/or QUESTION HIM would be RACIALLY PROFILING and POLITICALLY INCORRECT ....besides that the MUSLIM BOMBER might get all offended that he cannot practice his Religion ....of BLOWING PEOPLE UP. I can bear wittiness of police doing such. 9 hrs · Like · 1 Carl Giordano: Yes, I have been a street preacher and witness for Jesus for the last FORTY ONE YEARS....Most of the time THE POLICE have been very fair and even more than that they have THANKED US for being on the streets preaching as they told us that we made their job easier....as Crime seemed to disappear while we were there on the street corner.....But, other times, yes I have been ARRESTED and THROWN in the CLINK ( jail ). Have had to go to court ( WON IN COURT ) for disturbing the peace....As I said, MOST OF THE TIME the POLICE have been a GREAT BLESSING TO US....They have even come to our aid as others were complaining or trying to stop us....When the POLICE are doing their job RIGHT they are the MINISTERS OF GOD ( Romans 13 ) and I THANK GOD for THEM. 9 hrs · Edited · Like Carroll Moore: Well said.
