Climate Resilient Participatory Afforestation and Reforestation (CRPARP) project has been implementing in Sitakund, Chittagong, Banshkhali, Coxs Bazar and Ukhiya area which supported by Arannayk Foundation and funded by World Bank. Seeking applications from the competent candidates for fill up the ‘Field facilitator’ position. Major areas of responsibility: Organizing, facilitating community/group meeting, training & implementation of alternative income generating (AIGA) and other development activities Coordination and liaison with the Govt. Forest, local government and other related departments. Maintain good coordination with YPSA management and project team members Regular follow up of project stake holders and project activities, monitoring and data collection Good command in report writing Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements At least diploma in Forestry/Agriculture or graduate/masters in social science. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 year(s) Additional Job Requirements Age below or equal to 35 year(s) At least 02 years relevant job experience on forest related project Preferably residence in greater Chittagong for effective communication with local communities in local language. Able to coordinate and liaison with the forest department and other related Govt. departments. Motivated, committed, responsible and able to work independently Frequent field visit in forest remote and Island in project area and able to handle the stakeholders and community Experience of driving motor cycle with valid license Salary Range TK. 21667 Other Benefits Other admissible benefits as per organizational or project policy.
