Challenge Day 27 - HS Straddle ------------------------------------------- In this progression, start in the HS position. Straddle the legs only as wide as you can control and then bring them together back into a HS. For the beginner version, kick into the wall and perform HS straddle while keeping feet on the wall for a total of 30 reps.
