Charlton seeks neighbors input on Town Hall plan By Debbie LaPlaca CORRESPONDENT CHARLTON — Selectmen have extended a neighborly invitation to the owner of property abutting Town Hall to work with the municipal building committee as it begins designing improvements to the buildings accessibility and parking. Diane Dabrowskis properties at 31 and 41 Main St. bookend Town Hall. At the selectmens meeting Tuesday, Ms. Dabrowski said she has heard mixed reports from various town officials about plans to add a circular driveway around Town Hall and its potential impact on her property and privacy.
