Child Custody provided by the courts. One of the most foolish - TopicsExpress

Child Custody provided by the courts. One of the most foolish actions I believe anyone can make as a parent is to open a family court case over custody. If you do this without a serious safety concern or youre being kept from your child. Youre an idiot! Once youve opened a court case you no longer have custody of your child, The courts do. It doesnt matter if you have a piece of paper stamped by a judge saying your a custodial parent. YOU ARE NOT. That piece of paper proves this. A parent who has true custody doesnt need or have a piece of paper that tells them what they can and cant do with their child. I know if this is read there will be those common fools who really cant fathom what is being said here. But for those of you who use your brain and can grasp concepts I think this will open your eyes greatly. If a man and a woman have a child. They decide they dont care for the school district they are in so the move. They go through the motions of un-enrolling and re-enrolling their child to and from the schools. They pay whatever depostis are needed for the move, utilities ect. Maybe they havent even moved. They decide that they want to home school their child. They decide among themselves what home school program they will use ect. Now take that same man and woman, same child. And have them in family court. Dad and mom have joint custody. One week at moms, one week at dads or any variety of equal time. Or visitation. One parent decides they would like to home school. Whats the next step? Well normal parents would talk over the pros and cons and make a decision. BUT since one of the idiots decided they wanted the courts to handle things now they must ask the courts permission. Why? BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE CUSTODY OF YOUR CHILD! You handed over your parental abilities to a complete stranger. A person who most likely couldnt pick your childs face out of a classroom. Who has no idea what your child likes and dislikes. They simple do not know your child. But youve handed them the ability to make life changing decisions. You no longer have parental custody of your child. The state does. Let that sink in a while.
