Chris Comstock Talk, Walk, and Game A special event honoring Chris Comstock will be held at the SHU baseball field on Sunday, November 3rd @ 1:00. Chris was a Sport Management major, baseball player, and alum of Siena Heights University who passed away this past August from Stage 4 colon cancer. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness and funds for cancer and to bring the community together to honor the memory of Chris. The event will begin at 1:00 pm with a talk followed by the cancer awareness walk. A Wiffle ball tournament will be held from 3-6 pm. Faculty, staff, students, and alumni are invited to not only participate in the talk and walk but also to form a Wiffle ball team. There will be a limit of 8 teams (max 7 players per team, minimum 5) for the tournament so sign up early! Come support this campus event to promote the fight against cancer and honor Chris’s memory while having fun. Donations are very much needed and greatly appreciated.
