Christine shares: My super smarty 5 year old has gone from one nervous habit to the next since she turned 3. Practically ON her third birthday, she started biting her nails (fingers and toes EW!). That has since subsided, but in its place, she now pulls on her hair incessantly. On her right side, she has a patch of hair that is ear length, while the rest of her hair is past her shoulders. Its breaking my heart. Can anyone offer me some insight, guide me to resources, offer helpful anecdotes, etc. Im not really sure where to begin or what to mention to the pedi at our appt. next month.
