[ Clarification of the Electoral Commissioner ] [ 選舉委員會主席澄清 ] ********** 對於有同學指出候選內閣於8月開始宣傳有否違憲的問題，選舉委員會主席代表選委會在此澄清。 第十五屆學生會幹事會選舉的提名期已經開始，在《2013年幹事會選舉指引》中已清楚列明，而早前選委會亦已在七月舉行的選舉座談會清楚表明，獲得候選資格之候選內閣可以進行宣傳工作，因此已獲得候選資格之內閣於8月作宣傳工作並無違憲。 至於有同學質疑選委會暗中刪去宣傳期，選委會再次澄清，2012年新修訂之學生會會章已不包括宣傳期，因此並不存在任何「宣傳期」，宣傳期亦並非由選委會暗中刪去。 For some students questioned is there any unconstitutional problem that the candidate has started promotion in August, the Electoral Commissioner on behalf of the Commission to clarify.
