Competencies and skills: • Good relationships with children • Ability and interest in working with disabled children. Key performance areas, inter alia, include: • Acting as class assistant regarding issues such as discipline • Class management • Ensuring cleanliness of the class environment • Developing a rapport with learners and being an advocate for their inclusion.
