Click LIKE and SHARE if you are working out today! I love these globe squats! I normally use a 5-8 lb dumbbell for these but my shoulders are burnt out from p90x this morning 1. Start in a wide squat with the weight in your heels with your arms hanging infront of you 2. Draw a big circle in the air with your weight or prop 3. Jump up at the end of your circle 4. Make sure that you are switching the direction of your circle every time Now TAG a friend to join you in todays challenge and comment below with your number of reps and what your prop was(;
