Closing argument 2014 HAUSA/FULANI CAN BE PRESIDENTS FOR LIFE IF NDIGBO WILL GET THE FOLLOW BASIC NEEDS: 1. 2nd Niger bridge 2. Railway lines connecting all SE villages and towns 3. Good roads, 4. Credit access with small interest rate to allow homeowners mount solar panels on the roof and business develop small scale solar parks and guarantee of 25years from the utility companies to pay them for the electricity they feed to the grid 5. Advance manufacturer industries 6. STEM scholarship. (Science, technology, engineering and mathematics) free from secondary to university; 7. employment for the graduates, not government employment, free market jobs that employs and pay them by qualification and not necessity 8. Housing for their families, access to health care and lastly 9. Small business access to credit to refit and hire.. If Ndigbo get these basic needs of a civilized society ... then the north, can have the presidency for life… in the last 54 years the north has been regressing as other region progress in human development…because some smart selfish few convince the entire popular that they don’t need rural development or investment on their children… all they need is THE OXYGEN COMING FROM ASO ROCK IN OTHER TO BREATH Jonathan according to data in public domain developed the north more than Yaradua and Obasanjo did, but the north don’t see the different…they rather have Aso Rock as alternative… . I don’t speak for Ndigbo on this, because majority of them have exactly the same Hausa / Fulani mindset on power… Most Igbo believes the presidency will bring a closure… but never tell me closure from what other than pride (associating the presidency with acceptance and civil war etc is bull.. not based on people welfare but on reward---for what? ) The state I live in Germany is called Baden Wurttemberg…most of you may never heard of the name… the capital is Stuttgart, they make Mercedes, Porsche, Bosch etc... the most industrialized state on earth, they don’t have natural resources but lots of brains for machinery and technologies... they contributes the most tax and plays major role how the tax money is used... today they are building a 3 Generation Rail Ways system they call Stuttgart 21, most of the investment money comes from the state tax return...but the important lesson here is this, currently their train system is more advance than that of the rest part of the country and they want to top it with 3G system They never worry themselves about the German chancellorship … but controls the country true power, the economic power and Europe true power...The Chancellor Angela Merkel state (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) has almost 10% unemployment and nominal GDP of 37 billion Euro and Stuttgart that never have a Chancellor has less than 5% unemployment and nominal GDP of 380 billion euro… Some of us might have read about Chief Awo economic wonder, that helped developed the west to the stage they are today… Awo was not the national leader, that was Belewa , but the west through Awo leadership progressed 2x more than the Region of Belewa north or Zik east.… maybe why--- but only maybe why Yoruba are not as Insane as Hausa/Fulani, Ndigbo, Ijaw etc when it comes to the presidency In closing I see party politics and election as the process to address public welfare and the candidates applicants seeking job from the employers, the voters and not a process to crown somebody or reward somebody...Jonathan and Buhari needs no award...this country has given them more than they can ever pay back...
