Qualification/childcare experience required: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a childcare setting such as a nursery/school/preschool/crèche/Childminder etc. and/or a recognized childcare qualification such as NNEB/NVQ 2,3,4/BTEC/NAMCW/Norland etc. Experience working with children of large age ranges, and baby experience essential Driver required: Confident driver required – nanny must have a car for work purposes Smoker? Non-smoker is essential Children: 10yrs, 9yrs, 8yrs, and a baby approx. 6mths old Special Dietary requirements: None stated Days and hours required: Monday to Friday / 8am – 5.30pm Other requirements from the nanny: DBS (formally known as CRB) must be current or the nanny must be willing to update First Aid must be current or the nanny must be willing to update Nanny must be suitably insured to take children in their car. When the mother returns to work the position will become sole charge of the children and less housekeeping duties. Duties required are dusting, hovering, mopping, cleaning bathroom, kitchen and toilet, keeping the house generally clean and tidy. As well as washing the children’s clothes, keeping the children’s bedrooms clan and tidy, keeping toys in order, preparing meals for the children and assisting with homework.
