I also have the permission of the owner / operators insurance company to take control of the said vehicle. 8 I carry unlimited personal insurance to cover any claims made against my self for any damage or loss of income that may occur from my attaching any non standard equipment to the said vehicle 9 I am a qualified Motor Mechanic or electrical engineer. 10 As an officer of the state I swear that all information and any additional information on this Statutory Declaration is true and can be used in any insurance claims against my person and that I am personally liable for any equipment failures or other damaged caused by attaching any non standard equipment or equipment not supplied as standard equipment by the manufacture of the vehicle. I also take full responsibility for any damage to any equipment that is used in recording / monitoring of any devises attached to the said vehicle.
