Community Concert TONIGHT! Thursday, June 13 - 7pm Join us on the lawn for a free concert by the University of Cincinnati Summer Alumni Community Band. All ages are welcome! The band, directed by Bob Bass, has selected several classical marches, humming-along show tunes and some modern Asian and classical pieces, one of which celebrates the contemporary heroes of our present conflicts. Bring a blanket or chair and sit on the back lawn of the Arts Center for a restful, pleasant and musically rewarding evening presented by some of the best local musicians and UC alumnae. Bring the children and a cooler and have your dinner picnic on the lawn. Cheering, singing and rolling down the grassy hill are all encouraged! This concert is presented by the Kennedy Heights Community Council. Connect with your neighbors - and be prepared to leave with tunes and earworms you can hum all week.
