Contemporary Dance Workshop by Miruko Huang (Taiwan) In conjunction with the production For Our Parents, we have honorably invited a Taiwan dancer to give a contemporary dance workshop. For the 1st past she will share some contemporary dance technique, and will then proceed to contact improvisation. Open to all, with or without dance experience, to have fun with us! Began her interest in dance and music since kindergarten, she enrolled in Department of Dance, Taipei National University of the Arts after finished her high school. She was active in many dance activities during college time, involved in various piece such as The Rite Of Spring by Zhang Xiao Xiong, White III by Lin Hwai Min and so on. After graduated from university, she joined Cloud Gate Dance Theater and has performed in Cursive, Whisper of Flowers ,Song Of Wanderers etc. In 2011, she joined Cloud Gate Dance Theater 2.
