Cool. Than you can pay your tuition, medical expenses upon getting hurt in your sport, fees for the weightroom, buy your own food and pay room and board. Do your own homework while maintaining a b average or your sport not having you on team. Paying them will take away the unity of what is supposed to be teamwork. Would it be fair to pay your star player tons of money while the rest get minimal, if thats the case than the team sabotages the star and nobody wins. Just another stupid frivilous lawsuit that if won, corrupts the whole system. What about the major conferences, yeah they can afford it, whose gonna go to the smaller conferences to make what would be chump change. This would be a sordid lopsided affair that would never work. Its time for all pro sports to follow baseballs model. Cant get drafted til after your third year and come up thru the farm leagues. As far as sports go, basketball has completely ruined it all.
