Core strength Plank is one of the best overall core exercises you can do. This is one of my favourites - plank with dumbell side pulls. To increase intensity just increase your weight. Complete 3 sets of 20 pulls to feel the whole core engage. Core muscles like any other muscles should be squeezed to be properly engaged. When used along with the correct nutrition and supplementation result in a fantastically toned midsection.
