Curious about those UFTRS stickers posted all around the College of Business Administration? The UFTRS is a joint project by the UP Diliman Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) and the UP Diliman University Student Council (USC). UFTRS stands for University Financial Transparency Reporting Standards. It aims to promote financial transparency and, more importantly, accountability. Moreover, the UFTRS provides a way of standardizing the format and reporting requirements for the financial statements across local councils in the university. DISCLAIMER: The UFTRS is a collaborative effort between UPJPIA and the USC. NO SINGLE POLITICAL PARTY within the university is responsible for the same.
