Cuso International is a Canadian development organization that places Canadian volunteers -- with skills in areas such as finance and management -- overseas. In the last year CUSO has paired up with local NGOs and with government in Burma on a range of projects involving business development, human rights, parliamentary consulting, gender equality, English language training and more. Today CUSO staff and volunteers visited the Embassy to give an update on their grassroots efforts and to share their experiences working in Burma.
