Customer Care Representative - Lunch Team - $12/hour Our client is a California based company that is going to pilot a localized customer service team to serve the Midwest market. They are currently looking for the first members of their team to work from early October through the end of the year on a set schedule. The call center focus on inbound customer calls and will be open 7 days a week from 7am - 7pm, so it will offer varied shifts to cover those hours. We are looking to identify candidates to be the face of this organization who have experience with high touch, trust-building customer encounters. There will be variations in the duties of the role as the pilots results are analyzed.
