It is a punishing routine, starting with emails on his BlackBerry at home in Clapham before 7.30am and ending more than 12 hours later when he tries to get back to see his three primary school-aged children before bedtime. His wife Suzanne, a partner at McKinsey, who once reported to Heywood at the Treasury, keeps the domestic fires burning [...]But TV is just about his only weeknight recreation. He loved Homeland with its portrayal of dark doings among executive agencies in the US – “They’re far more slick than we are,” he joked to a friend. My three to four day entrapment in the French Alps was carried out by right-wing neo-Nazi British hooligans and for whatever reason was successfully “Covered-Up” by HEYWOOD for 15 yrs via a simple falsified 20 minute psychiatric interview and corresponding documentation of court orders put in place by these Senior French and British Public Officials: JACK STRAW / SIR PAUL CONDON / Dr NEIL BOAST ELMHT etc. The USA found my account of being trapped by British neo-Nazi’s most enlightening, everyone one else I had ever tried to explain this to had dismissed my account as pure and total rubbish). (The reason for the USA’s interest in myself paul Birch was that they and I had BOTH been HOODWINKED by British neo-Nazi right-wing extremists. On the micro front we have Paul Birch and the MURDER of an innocent French citizen Eric Frachert and on the macro front; 9/11 and the resulting IRAQ WAR. I know that HEYWOOD was involved in both of these “Cover-Up’s.” As remarkable as it may sound the two cover ups co-relate very much in the same way. Therefore because of this new found common ground the USA and I share a goal which is to bring to Justice the perpetrators of both the Set-up’s and Cover-up’s. I think it is reasonable to say that over the past 18 months I have put my life on the line several times for the USA and in turn they have refused to allow the British extreme right-wing of BLAIR and HEYWOOD to MURDER me. Until the USA had crossed my path I was obviously totally out gunned on all sides, I was a helpless underdog similar to Al- Fayed seeking Justice on his son and PRINCESS DIANA’S murder, only more so as I am not rich or well connected). (Certain people do have trouble accepting this extraordinary about turn as until now HEYWOOD’S neo-Nazi’s have always been beyond reproach). (Until such time as when the full facts of 9/11 are more widely understood people will not know that BLAIR’S HIT on New York was a RACIALLY motivated attack that claimed 150,000 MUSLIM lives. Therefore if we consider 3 successive London – Paris Government collusions which all consisted of Cover-up’s of varying degrees we have); (i) Lady Diana Spencer and Dodhi Fayed Car Crash (1997). (The common thread between these three events is without question RACISM. I trust Mr Cameron that you do not require me to say more than this for the time being suffice to say that clearly these were ALL RACIST attacks that for the MOST part targeted the MUSLIM WORLD. HEYWOOD always at the epicenter of the BLAIRITE regime clearly had a significant hand in covering up these three events whilst in the service of NEW LABOUR’S TONY BLAIR Government. The third act; 9/11 and the IRAQ WAR which stemmed from it was of such enormity that it prompted US intervention AGAINST their old Ally the British Government particularly as CONCRETE evidence of British guilt had been uncovered. Due to the recent high level investigations by the YANKS and the facts sold/exposed by Edward Snowden Heywood’s meanderings regarding the above are not really open to debate, at least not from our Side). SECTION C : “HEYWOOD’S LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM –9/11 AND THE IRAQ WAR”. (Mr Cameron if we can now consider how Heywood had forgot to send condolence letters to families that had lost loved ones in Afghanistan and Iraq). […]The father of 21-year-old Trooper JACK SADLER, killed in Helmand by a roadside bomb in December 2007, criticized MR BROWN’S tardy letter. Jack was killed on December 4th 2007 and I received a letter of condolence from the Prime Minister with no date on it on November 17th 2009, […] The latest cases came to light when MR SADLER contacted the BBC to say he never received a letter. The corporation told No10, which investigated and a letter was quickly sent, along with an apology for the bureaucratic blunder from chief civil servant JEREMY HEYWOOD.[…] Former serviceman MR SADLER,[…] had already written to the Ministry of Defence complaining about other mistakes. He said the MoD had incorrectly named his sons unit on the medal certificate, called his son a TROPPER instead of trooper on an official document and that they ALMOST put the WRONG cap badge on his headstone. ROSE GENTLE, who campaigned in memory of Fusilier son GORDON, killed at the AGE OF 19 in Iraq, fears “we’ll never get at the truth now”. She is right to be angry. We need to know exactly WHY, WHERE, WHEN and how BLAIR agreed with BUSH to take more than 40,000 British service men and women to war on an ill-judged plan based on what was rapidly revealed to be a false premise. At this pivotal moment just prior to appearing in front of LORD HUTTON HEYWOOD got cold feet and decided to “run-off” to MORGAN STANLEY INVESTMENT BANKING UK, resigning three weeks before the Inquiry. The long term effect of this “RED” devilish behavior was not as one may normally expect; i.e. That people in High Office would sense HEYWOOD was a bit of a “WILD CARD” and best avoided, no Mr Cameron quite the opposite, he gained notoriety and now sits at the very HEAD of YOUR British Civil Service. CHILCOT INQUIRY: (Mr Cameron I shall run a few online newspaper “cuttings” past you so that we can savour the feel of Public Opinion in regard to IRAQ and HEYWOOD’S startlingly poor administrative performance. As if the cost of war is not bad enough and here we are 10 years later still paying for it because HEYWOOD WILL NOT expose the facts); ... three years after the last witness gave evidence to CHILCOT, and £7.4million later, the report remains unpublished. Therefore had HEYWOOD demanded that the CHILCOT inquiry should merit “judicial status” it would be akin to HEYWOOD throwing HIMSELF in Jail). His time at the investment bank would come back to bite him in 2011, however, when it emerged that he had been the ULTIMATE HEAD of the MORGAN STANLEY team that advised on the flotation of the SOUTHERN CROSS CARE HOME GROUP in 2006. The controversial deal, which saw Care Homes for the elderly hived off from the company that ran them, was hugely profitable for MORGAN STANLEY - (And especially HEYWOOD and his Football Hooligan Chum BRIAN MAGNUS). But it led to the COLLAPSE of the firm (Southern Cross Care Homes), leaving 31,000 FRAIL and ELDERLY residents in its 750 homes worried where they would live, and threatening 3,000 JOBS. No 10’s MR FIXIT (JIMMY) has his fingerprints over every major political scandal of recent years [...] Indeed, if anything illustrates this man’s ability to run with the hare and hunt with the hounds it is his role in the CHILCOT INQUIRY into the IRAQ WAR. On Thursday, it emerged that he had vetoed the release to the inquiry of vital letters and records of phone calls between TONY BLAIR and GEORGE W. BUSH in the run-up to the war. The contents of 150 messages — believed to reveal the real reason BLAIR dragged Britain into the conflict — will be censored from the £10million inquiry, thanks to a backroom deal cooked up by HEYWOOD. The shabby compromise is a triumph for MR BLAIR, along with the officials who served in DOWNING STREET with him during this highly controversial period. And who was one of the most senior of those officials? None other than HEYWOOD himself! As BLAIR’S PRIVATE SECRETARY at the time, he was a CENTRAL member of the INNER CIRCLE that TOOK BRITAIN to war. As with the PFIZER affair, many people are convinced that his dealings with CHILCOT are compromised by a clear CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Surely he should have stepped aside and not been involved in decisions about what material should be made public? DAVID DAVIS, a senior Tory MP ; “It is wholly INAPPROPRIATE that the primary decision-maker in this is JEREMY HEYWOOD,” adding that the Cabinet Secretary had a “VESTED INTEREST IN SECRECY” and had ended up brokering a deal that represents “IMPROPER, BAD GOVERNANCE”. But then the ineluctable fact is that the ENTIRE DOWNING STREET CAREER of this secretive, non-accountable mandarin, who has inveigled his way into the inner sanctum of the BLAIR, BROWN and CAMERON premierships despite NOT having been elected, has been plagued by CONTRVERSY. During a 15-year period, the fingerprints of HEYWOOD (WHO THE BBC HAS CALLED “THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THE COUNTRY THAT NOBODY HAS HEARD OF”) can be found on virtually every crisis, scandal and major Downing Street decision in recent history. Yet after the incident the evidence did not “TIE-UP” as it was full of inconsistencies). (Our interest Mr Cameron lies in HOW HEYWOOD managed this controversy/storm in a tea-cup, which you had delegated to him. As we shall see there are three basic inconsistencies detailed on the “You Tube” footage. Failing to “PICK THEM UP” was a schoolboy error not inkeeping with HEYWOOD’S secretarial/managerial experience. If we move from HEYWOOD’S governance of the relatively insignificant micro “REVIEW OF PLEBGATE” across to his macro duties such as large event like “9/11 and THE IRAQ WAR” it becomes evident that HEYWOOD CAN perform duties MISERABLY (when necessary), and very EFFICIENTLY (more generally). On certain highly important occasions he displays an inept ability to do his job which remains totally at odds with his well respected professionalism.
