DISGUSTED with John Lewis. Have ordered two sofas which are now 5 weeks over which is fine if there was a reasonable explanation, but nothing. Have contacted them on several occasions only to be blatantly lied to. Was told they would get manufacturer to contact me but still waiting. 3 times they have said delivery would be the following week. Still waiting. They have taken £3000 way back in April and nothing to show for it. Its not much to ask for good customer service. Thought they were ment to be a reputable company Not!
