DONT JUDGE, DONT JUDGE, DONT JUDGE... The sheer foolishness of such a statement is beyond understanding. If you think the Bible tells you not to judge you know nothing of the Bible. It really is that simple. If you think you are not supposed to judge... 1) Let a murderer kill your family and then tell that murder to go his way in peace. After all, you shouldnt judge. 2) Let a rapist rape your son or daughter and then tell that rapist to go his way in peace. After all, you shouldnt judge. 3) Let a thief take your wallet and go spend your money and charge your credit cards and then tell that thief to go his way in peace. After all, you shouldnt judge. Seriously, how people in my family teach their children not to judge is beyond me. When the time comes, they will lack the courage of their convictions. They will judge. Here is a hint. It is impossible not to judge, but it is possible to not judge in hypocrisy. That is what the Lord Jesus Christ was talking about. You are abandoning your children when you teach them not to judge. In fact, you are making them into the very hypocrite the Lord will condemn. What a way to fail your children.
