Dane Outreach/Volunteer Position Available/Intake Dane Outreach, a long-term Western Washington based non-profit Great Dane rescue, has the volunteer position of Intake Coordinator open. This is an extremely important position, as this person is responsible for talking to individuals who are wishing to release their Dane into the program. The person interested in this position must have good communication and people skills, be organized and be able to return calls and emails in a timely basis. Additional requirements include: *Have extensive dog knowledge and be experienced with Great Danes for at least 7 years. *Be able to work closely with program President and Foster Home Coordinator. *Have ready access to the internet. *Have access to toll-free long distance telephone calls A volunteer does not need to be local, as all communication is done by email or phone. Reimbursement for any out-of-pocket costs is provided. Dane Outreach needs to fill this position immediately.
