Day 1. This is going to be the longest 8 weeks of my life but it has to be a Positive 8 weeks, today I embark on my Optifast diet before surgery on March 3rd, Im Currently sat in the doctors waiting Room fighting back tears as Im clocking in for day1, Im apologising in advance if I dont seem myself, my body is about to go through One hell of a detox, this isnt another FAD diet,Its something I have to Do to shrink my liver, if I dont do it, its a good chance surgery wont go ahead. Thank you to family and friends who have already sent me encouraging messages.
