Day 19 #BalanceBasics is Lolasana. This lift up is one of the hardest and it took me years before both feet would lift up off the ground. Holding this even for 15 seconds is hard work!!! Start off by stabilizing the shoulder girdle, activating latissimus dorsi and serratus anterior. Then layer the abs and pelvis floor in towards the centerline while curling the body inwards as much as possible. To lift up bring the shoulders forward while drawing the thighs in with the power of your pelvic floor. Be patient. Totally fine to do it with both feet on the floor, but try lifting at least one foot Check @beachyogagirl @laurasykora for more options.
