Day 2 Thankfulness Challenge: Gosh the list is so long.... 1. Purpose. Thankful that God does have a purpose for my life. He loves me enough to desire my life have eternal value. 2. Wife. Thankful that God allowed me to be a wife. I am pretty certain that if I had not become a wife as a mere teenager, He knew I would have become a somewhat strong willed selfish person.hhmm...I guess I am still a major work in progress at this time...after almost 36 years I am still strong willed and a wee bit selfish! 3. Mom. Please understand that I do NOT believe everyone woman must be a mom to be fulfilled. Not at all. For me, it is the greatest thing ever. Loved those little babies, and the days I felt like a momma duck with her little flock behind me...I loved helping them grow their wings so they could fly and leave the nest. I love them coming home to visit the nest. I love seeing their joy and happiness and the greatest blessing of all is watching them grow to love Him and desire to serve Him. God is Good All the Time.
