***Day 20*** OMG, only 10 days left! Here we go. Here is a great fitness tip that I learned in Rev abs with Brett Hoebel: Exhale forcefully at the top of the movement when you do abdominal crunches. It forces your abs to work harder. Its kind of funny because it reminds me of Lamaze, haha. Who knew, LOL.
