Day #7 ...ONE WEEK DOWN!! I have to say that on day 2 if you had told me that at one week I would be 7.5 lbs lighter over an inch skinner and feel freaking amazing I would have probably mumbled a profanity while begging for some cheese. However, I feel amazing! I am only eating when hungry, I never have that stuffed or bloated feeeling after eating and I cannot imagine going back to my old eating habits. A sprinkle of cheese once in awhile after this 30 days an some occasional sushi...sure but the rest of the crap can stay gone! I cant wait to see how this diet + working out can do. Hurry up workout shoes I cant wait to try you out! Breakfast: Banana, Iced Coffee with almond milk, and beef jerky. Lunch: Salad with roasted tomato and basil vinaigrette Dinner: Excited to make Spaghetti squash with homemade tomato sauce from the garden w/ ground lean beef. Snacks: Peach, Roasted Sunflower seeds, a boiled egg
