Day 9 *Mountain climbers 20 reps *Leg glute raises 10-15 reps each leg keep core engaged and body parallel to ground *Plank twists 20-30 reps keep body parallel to ground *Elbows to hand push ups 10-20 reps *Defensive slides 30 seconds stay low in a squat position being careful to slide and not cross your feet *V ups 10-20 reps *Donkey kicks 10-15 reps each leg keep core engaged *Reverse crunches 20-30 reps bring knees to chest and extend out. Take hands off ground for a more advanced workout Jog a lap or in place for 60 seconds. Repeat circuit 3-5 times
