Dear All, Greetings from INAR !! Please be informed that the Immigration of Rwanda has invited all the foreigners residing in Rwanda to give the Biometric as a start up procedure in order to get the Electronic ID Card.. For this purpose the application forms were filled few months ago. Now all those members who had filled those forms are requested to individually submit their Original passport and Green Card with the photocopies at the Immigration head Office to give the biometric. Kindly find the details as below: Date : starting from today (24th Feb 2014 till 28th Feb 2014) (Monday to Friday) Time: 7.00 am to 5.00 pm. Place: Kigali Immigration Office, Kacyiru OR Kicukiro Dist NB: The members who are staying out of Kigali like Gitarama, Butare etc., can even come to Kigali to give the Biometric provided they have filled in the application Form before. If not they have been given a separate schedule for the same. This week is scheduled ONLY for the Foreigners RESIDING in KIGALI. The residents of Kigali, who have not yet registered can even fill in the application then and there and wait for their turn to come. Also note that the residents who are not present in Kigali can follow the same procedures and apply for the same, once they are back to Kigali. It is advisable to submit the documents and get the ID Cards as early as possible ie before Friday to avoid any sort of inconveniences on the last day.
