Dear All, Please be aware that the District Court refused Commissioner Vaki’s application to quash or set aside PM’s arrest warrant. This means technically the warrant against PM is still effective and attempts may be made to arrest him. An open back vehicle full of heavily armed police men was seen around Waigani Library area around 1 pm. Also spotted two Police vehicles with sirens speeding down from Vision City. This could be something or could be nothing !! There was almost a confrontation by two factions of police when they tried to arrest Acting Commissioner Vaki earlier this week.
