Dear Chefs South India Culinary Association is celebrating the International Chefs Day on 28th October 2013 at IHM Taramani.Based on the theme” Show Your Culinary Ability” given by the Guidelines of World Association of Chef Societies and Circular received from Indian Federation of Culinary Associations In this regard a one day Skill and Knowledge development program for the budding chefs is planned to guide them in enriching their culinary career. We have invited around 150 Hotel management Students from various colleges and Universities in and around Chennai to participate in this event. We would like to invite all Corporate Chefs, Executive Chefs and Members of SICA to participate in the program to make the event successful. We request all your gracious presence at the IHM Tharamani by 9.30 am on 28.10.2013 (Monday) for the Inaugural function to motivate and inspire the Junior chefs.
