Dear FB Friends of Ned, I have never done a FB friend cull before, but I have decided to do one at the weekend. In the interests of fairness and transparency, I will outline the criteria whereby I will do this below: 1. If I am related to you by blood or marriage, or you are a close personal friend I know in the real world, you will stay on my list. 2. If you interact with me frequently, you will also stay on the list. 3. If you interact with me infrequently, you MIGHT stay on the list, depending on the Quality of the interaction. 4. If you are a close friend who is only on Facebook because I asked you to be, you will probably stay on the list, unless you dont appear to use Facebook and only signed up because I said you should, in which case, you will be removed. 5. If we have had no interaction for, lets say, 2 years, you will be removed. This includes those that have only ever sent invites to play Candy Crush etc.. 6. If I feel that you express views that are consistently negative, bigoted, hateful or deliberately hurtful to others, you will be removed. Dont have time to read that shit. 7. If your FB posts (however infrequent) usually make me smile or laugh, you will almost certainly stay on the list regardless of any of the above criteria. 8. If you display persistent stupidity, you MAY be removed, but I might keep you on there so I can continue tormenting you. Bless, you havent even noticed Im doing that... Obviously, Im just making these criteria up as I go along and could probably continue indefinitely, so I shall stop there for the moment. If you are concerned that you may be removed but do not wish to be removed, you may state your case below. Equally, if you feel that Im an utter knobend with my head is so far up my ass that I can actually see out of my own mouth, feel free to unfriend me now and save me the bother of working out which of the above criteria applies to you.
