Dear Friends, Being a responsible group of the Bank officers, we always honour the directions of the Govt. as well as other agency in the welfare of society and for benefit of the countrys economic growth. The Bank industry always remained ahead for taking the responsibility to make great success of all scheme and Policy such as MGNREGA, Distribution of GAS subsidy etc. We have shown our commitment level to open 1.50 crore saving Bank accounts in single day on the eve of the inaugural day of the Prime Minister Jan Dhan Yojna without caring for health and discomforts. Now Banks have been advised to organize camp on every Saturday at each branch from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m . SBOP Officers Mitra Mandal vigorously oppose this decision. The Bankers are already under heavy work load and they are already spending 10-11 hours daily for day to day work at the branch/field. Further, the Bank Management use to order their staff to open your branch even on Sunday and holiday to complete your work and to make field visit. The pay revision of the bankers has been running delay around 2 years and only 11% increase is being offered. Hon.ble Prime Minister, please treat us as human being and citizen of India. The Bank officers and employees have their family and have the responsibility towards their family & old aged parents and other social obligations. Every human body needs rest to rejuvenate. Please dont treat bank officers like animals. We urge to all the Unions and Association to oppose any such move that are against the Bankers and Banking industry and give call for indefinite strike and stage the dharna against the Govt.s anti officers/employees policy. WE APPEAL TO ALL BANK OFFICERS/EMPLOYEES, TO PLEASE COME FORWARD TO FIGHT AGAINST THE INHUMAN POLICIES AND FOR EARLY PAY REVISION.
