Dear Friends I was able to have a good final discussion with all the teachers. It seems as though they picked up a lot of useful teaching techniques and ideas, which they will take home and implement. I have asked every single one of them to provide me with some thoughts about their trip, not in terms of where they visited or their daily diary, but in terms of some of their reflections about global citizenship and enriching education practice and how their time in the UK will change their teaching in the future. Also, letting us know how their collaborative projects went. Id be grateful if you would also do some contributions so that we can add these to the Starfishers website. starfishers.net/trip-reports/ Once again, Id like to thank you all for the tremendous support that you have given to all the teachers. I think that this was by far the best group of teachers coming over to the UK and they were a credit to their country and schools in Malawi.
