Dear Friends, Now that the elation of getting the good news - TopicsExpress

Dear Friends, Now that the elation of getting the good news today has started to settle in, I wanted to stop for a moment and express my gratitude. I have to admit that I was nothing but joyful after I got the call, but I cried like a baby when I got into the shower this afternoon. I cried for all the women who dont get the good news. I cried for the wonderful, beautiful people--some friends and some complete strangers--who prayed and worried and shared the burden of my anxiety this past week. I cried for the 40,000 people FB said saw my biopsy post. I cried for the four women who wrote me, even through their own pain and sadness, to lift me up with encouraging words and personal knowing about how cancer can impact your world. I cried for the half-dozen women who said, Because of your post I felt brave enough to make an appointment for myself and did. I cried in gratitude for all the people who said that MY good news made THEIR day. I cried because I am truly thankful. Thank you for letting me share myself on this page and for being a part of why Im here. With love and gratitude, Trish xo
