Dear Friends and Family, Over Christmas I applied to an Interdisciplinary Humanities PhD at Concordia University in Montreal. Last week, they told me my application was accepted. Now, after much thought and feeling, we are moving to Montreal at the end of the summer for what will be a 5-year process of learning and experimenting with thought and art. Nothing could convey the complication of feelings inside us. We are so grateful for these past two years in St. Paul, so grateful for our family and friends that have pushed and encouraged us, comforted and embraced us. Some of you saw or were part of the Quadrangle last year (The Filid IndieRockOpera based on Greek characters). Well, believe it or not, were moving to Montreal to turn that show into an actual circus. Mom and Dad, thank you for believing in me for all 32 years. I will give my best, the most authentic me-ness that you always called out of me. Thank you everyone for your contributions to both Kate and Is lives and processes. Yikes!
