Dear Heavenly Father, As I sit here and do a LOT of thinking--I first want to ask You to forgive me for anything I have done or said that is not pleasing to You. God, You know so many of our religious leaders seem to be so corrupt. I know to teach and preach the Gospel is the right thing to do, but it is getting harder each day to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to folk--seems they only want to hear things that will cause them to be happy in the life style they are living--therefore I ask for help in studying and explaining Your Holy Word, that people will see and know right from wrong. Help me to never twist Your Holy Word and try to squeeze something out of it that is not there. It seems people want to play church and not really study Your Holy Word or even spend time in prayer. Help all of us, PLEASE. There are so many that will look a person in the eye and just plainly lie, especially if they think they will get some gain. So many promising to meet at a certain place and never show up or say why they did not. God there has been so many that have ask for special prayers, I cannot mention all of them, but God, You know each and every one and their request, so please grant their request according to Your will. Then please supply the strength to bear it. Help me to be able to speak words of encouragement to the ones that are down and out. Help me to always be honest in ALL things I say and/or do. Help me to always help the ones that are less fortunate than myself. Please be with Your nation-the nation Israel--surround her with Your Spirit. Please be with all our military, especially the ones in harms way. I thank You so much for answering many, many, many prayers for me. I ask all of these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
