Dear Loved Ones, It is with heavy hearts that we announce the birth and passing of our beautiful son, Samuel Finn. He was born still in the early dawn hours of Monday, June 10th, 2013. We were surrounded by Sean’s parents, our doulas, midwives, and our amazing hospital team during the labor and birth, and were able to spend some time with Sam on Monday before returning home today. We appreciate all of the love and support we have received so far. A service is being planned and information on that will follow to close friends and family. Many have asked what they can do and our friends have set up a few options: ~ A fund has been set up in Sam’s honor to help with expenses: youcaring/SamuelFinn ~ A meal train will begin next week if anyone feels called to cook or bake: takethemameal under the last name Hoke and using the password “Samuel” ~ Flowers and cards are welcome at our home, please contact Carla or Kate. This was an unforeseeable and tragic accident and words cannot express our sorrow. At this time, PLEASE direct any vital questions to Carla or Kate via fb or email katerollins06 at gmail dot com.
