Dear Mr. Obama,I know this might sound awkward to approach you rather than our MPs,Senators,Governors and President,but all in all I still need your help. I am Francis Mutie,aged 20,lives in Keya and Kindly seeking for your help,in terms of financial,to cater for my university fee.I am in Machakos University,which expects a fee of 36000 per year or 18000 per semister. My mum is a tailor,my dad is a shoemaker. Given the number of children in our home who depend on them,it makes it hard to raise enough fee for me.Futhermore,am the first child in our clan to join university. This makes them unaware of what is expected in the university. Thats why i have ought to take this Step and approach anyone whom i think might be of help to me.
