Dear SUMC family: It has come to my attention that many of you do not realize that most of the staff at SUMC does not work on Sundays. The exceptions are Shyrl and myself. Please understand that the staff here would like to worship like everyone else. I understand the convenience of talking with the staff on a Sunday however, when you do it takes away from worship and relationship building. The staff at SUMC want to help all they can but their time off is theirs to use for their benefit and to worship. If you have questions or requests please save them until a work day. You may come in during the week, Monday through Thursday from 9 until 4, call and leave a message on the church’s answering machine or send an e-mail and someone will get back you to as soon as possible. Also, please take the time to pray for our staff for they do a lot for you and for the Kingdom. Thank-you for respecting those who work with us. Pastor Edd
