Dear Tourists , concerning tomorrows trip to North East Lebanon ,please take these into consideration ,even though we have notified you previously , just a reminder : *The trip is still on ( even if its raining ) * Dont forget your jackets and umbrellas and wear suitable shoes in case it rained . * Dont be late ( be at Auxilia s parking lot until 6 a.m not any later . , whoever arrives late will go with their own car ;) * Once your there ,dont attack the buses ... wait until further notice from us and than approach the bus number we notified each one of you today by phone calls (bus 1or 2,3,4,5,6,7,) . *Patience is highly appreciated since we are 7 buses *Minimize unnecessary questions , since our team will be busy managing the trip and more important stuff :p *Respect the rules and always follow your bus leaders instructions *Respect the time duration given during every stop * keep the buses clean * No, not everyone can seat in front raws of the bus ,and i know who is really sick or no ;) *Good news , we have enough Toilet stops ;) but dnt ask for it every 10 minutes :p *As previously mentioned , the trip is with net price, and in case someone cancelled the trip its nonrefundable ! *Bring your trip programs with you for follow up and if you havent read it already you still have time tonight ;) *last but not least come with a positive attitude and a smiling face ,because we are going to have a great time , we will eat , dance ,drink and sing non stop .... even if its raining (hope not) :) Thank you all for coming , Much love Akhtamar Associations special committee
