Deaths, fires, sinkholes, disease, natural disasters, children causing problems, childless parents, trouble getting married, not having money, losing loved ones, every single human being on the face of the Universe is struggling or going through some sort of pain or tragedy. After, taking stock of this, it made me really sad to think about all these things, but I realized that ALLAH s.w.t does everything within his supreme knowledge and wisdom no matter how hard it may be, it may be that through these tribulations that you are growing stronger, your faith is increasing and your connection to ALLAH s.w.t is increasing, the body passes away each day, but the soul stays, ALLAH s.w.t is strengthening your soul and beautifying you with each struggle. Keep your faith in him, trust him, and allow yourself to grow closer to him and become a better person through the process. I know it may seem easier said than done, but I can say with personal experience, each struggle and adversity allows you to be more stronger, more beautiful and brings you closer to your true purpose which is to worship ALLAH s.w.t. I seem pretty positive and laid back and mellow to people, so people think that my life is problem-free, stress-free, and I face no troubles and tribulations. Thats ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE, just because I dont share my troubles and problems and put up a brave front and smile and remain happy, doesnt mean I dont have problems or go through difficulties, I just CHOOSE to look past it and see the bigger picture and to remain positive and happy. My situation may not be like yours or as severe as yours but I can truly say: Nothing lasts forever, not even pain, everything eventually ends, so take solace in that. I leave you with this story narrated by Mufti Kamani. He knew of a Pakistani family in Chicago, they were a very, very, very, very RICH family, they owned a new car dealership with PLENTY OF foreign cars, you name it, they had it. They actually bought cars for their dealership with CASH. Can you imagine how rich they were that they bought cars for their dealership with CASH!!!! So one day, I believe it was due to the Stock Market Crash or a natural disaster that they LOST EVERYTHING. I MEAN EVERYTHING!!! THEY LOST THE DEALERSHIP, THEIR CARS, THE HOUSES, everything. They went from billionaires to average joes in a very short amount of time. When Mufti Kamani met with the son and talked to him, he noticed he still drove a nice Lexus.. So he thought, okay maybe theyre not doing that bad. The young man explained that, that was the only car they had remaining and he used that car for work, he now delivers pizza to support his family. Mufti Kamani was ofcourse shocked, you have no shortage of money and then you have to deliver pizzas to support your family. The young man smiled though, he actually smiled. He goes were soooo happy, my whole family is. We live in a small place, but we all live together. We still have each other ALHAMDULLILAH! And, its a blessing in disguise that we lost the business, because it was becoming such a headache, managing all the cars, doing the paperwork, dealing with clients, etc. We all needed a break, SUBHANALLAH! ALLAH s.w.t allowed us to downsize, now we dont have all that stress. Now we have true happiness. We dont have much, but we have a roof over our head, food to eat, and we have each other, no more stress, what else can we ask for? ALHAMDULLILAH!!!! Wow if someone that is sooooo riddiculously rich lose everything and be happy, then what is stopping us from being grateful and looking beyond our situations?
