Debby De Jager Rumours are going around. Is there some one who can explain ? For a few months now, we have ( at our union meetings) been hearing about the Government who are supposedly, going to be taking our hard earned Provident/Pension Fund, which we have been working for, all these years, and once we go on pension, we will only be getting a monthly amount plus/minus R3000 ? From what we hear, it is supposed to be happening from the beginning of 2015? So say you are at the age to go on retirement, you will not get your lump sum, you will get a monthly amount. The rest of your hard earned money, goes to the less fortunate who dont want to work for a living ~ they will be getting money for doing nothing. How true is this ? CAT
