Did you know??? - That if you deplete your carb intake for a period of time, then reintroduce a higher amount of daily carbs into your diet (loading) that your low glycemic index actually helps increase the activity of enzymes to help form new glycogen. This redistributes water into your body and water directly underneath your skin is shed to form muscle separation and a more vascular look while also making your muscles looking fuller b/c the glycogen is then pumped into your muscles due to the carbs. Pretty dang cool, huh?! #FitnessNerd!
