Did you know that Dubai Health Authoritys Bill of Patient Rights, Article 5, states that a patient has the right to know the identity (name & specialty) of the physician responsible for your care. Did you also know that DHA loves to brazenly violate it by refusing to reveal the name of the Rashid Hospital doctor who misdiagnosed and mistreated my husband a few months ago? We were too distressed to take the name down then and now, they refuse to divulge any details on the doctors identity ... obviously because he messed up. Hows that for world class medical services in a world class city? (Not to mention that they totally ignore an official complaint lodged about the incident almost four months ago).
