Did you know that plant sterols added to margarines, certain milk - TopicsExpress

Did you know that plant sterols added to margarines, certain milk and yoghurts are actually harmful to heart health? Yes, they lower cholesterol readings on a superficial level (when consumed in large amounts), but this large amount may end up accumulating in heart valves and in fact, lead to stenosis. The truth is that lowering cholesterol levels with plant sterols have not been proven to prevent heart disease death rates. Please encourage any family and friends to NOT buy any products with added plant sterols. These products promote disease and not wellness! Ask them what’s in their fridge! Maybe casually, have a peek in their fridge, if you get the chance to visit them. Please share this post with them, if they are sceptical. This information was known way back in 2008! In the meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of Australians are buying these products and subjecting themselves as guinea pigs. It is terrifying to think that even children, whose bodies are still developing may be consuming these processed plant sterols products.
